Cancellation Policy
If your appointment is pre-booked in studio(no deposit) or booked online with a deposit, all cancellations, rescheduling and modifying of your appointment/service(s) must be made 24 hrs prior to your appointment time. If your appointment is longer than 1 hr, this requires 48 hr notice. Anything after that will result in a charge of 50%-100% of the service(s) due, including removing services same day, on such short notice it is difficult to fill that spot.
